Prescriptions
  1. New patients are advised to bring their medication bottles for review
  2. Prescription refill requests can be made through their pharmacy to our office
  3. Prescription refills may take 24hr - 48hr, therefore we advise that you request in advance, before the weekend.
  4. Refills on narcotic analgesics (pain medications) & antidepressants may not be given over the phone & may need patient follow up.
Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep an appointment, you are requested to cancel/reschedule an existing appointment 24hrs prior to your office visit, so that someone else wanting to be seen urgently can be accommodated. Any cancellation less than 24hrs in advance, may be subject to a fee of $25.00. Thank you for your co-operation & understanding in this matter.
Payment Policies

Co-payments/Co-insurances/remaining balances & payments for Cosmetic services or Anti-Aging Medicine must be rendered at the time of the service.

Initial consult is applied toward the procedure fee if utilized within 30 days.
